What we collect
For the free grid check, we collect very little — anonymous usage data such as which state page was viewed and the type of device used, so we can improve the service. If you register your interest, we collect the name, email, organisation and message you provide.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to follow up on your enquiry and to operate and improve EV Utility. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How we protect it
Your data is stored securely with access limited to what's needed to run the service. We use trusted infrastructure and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information safe.
Sharing with third parties
We don't share or sell your personal details to third parties. Grid data is sourced from providers such as AEMO and the CleanCog API; your personal information is never sent to them.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We handle your information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
